  Today was a strike out for Starbuck's in Target! When they get it right, it's still not great. And they get it wrong more times than not. It's a pretty pricey mistake when you order a chai frappe as you're leaving the store, get in your car and pull away as you take a sip and end up with a mouthful of coffee/espresso. And it's sad that I have to be so repetative to the point of feeling like I'm talking to toddlers when I order.
  Today, someone was in the store and offered to pick up a chai for me. When they arrived and gave it to me, I was excited about my treat! It's very disappointing when you are expecting something sweet and get the bitter bite of coffee. I tried to call to report the issue to a manager, having to be transferred by the operator, only to be on hold for 10 minutes and then completely disconnected. I'm disappointed that I didn't get what I ordered, but mostly mad about the wasted money (x3). You would think as slow as they are (because the line is always long) they would be extra careful with the orders. Oh well.
