  I get their iced coffee every single day sometimes believe it or not two to three times a day, they know who I am for that reason, my question is, why is it when I order it three extra squirt of liquid sugar which I always have ordered it that way, now they change me 10 cents a squirt? They just started charging me that about a month ago. I always get a large regular iced coffee and never was changed for the extra sugar and now they want to change me. Maybe if it was a litter sweeter I wouldn't have to ask for more sugar, but is that going to break McDonald's if I ask for more sugar? I mean you don't even offer customers ketchup with their Fry's that should save you money for not even offering your customers for that so why not please your costumers and give them what they want without changing them for something as simple as a litter sugar.

  Horrible service, horrible food and rude managers. We received fish sandwiches with no fish on them and chicken nuggets that had been microwaved....not fried. They were soggy and cold. When we called to complain we were told to bring the food back, placed on hold, hung up on and then advised that they would not be issuing a refund after we brought the food back all the way to store. The owners son, NICK, who was incredibly rude, refused to even apologize for the inconvenience his poor service caused us. We will never eat at any McDonald's ever again. I hope that $27.44 was worth it. Just Disgusting. Microwaving chicken nugget is a health hazard. I will be calling the appropriate agency.
